Terms of Service

1. GENERAL TERMS.

  • Please write clearly and respectfully, I will not tolerate any disrespect in conversation

  • Provide clear references in acceptable quality, preferably not shaded.

  • If any of the rules described here are not complied with, I retain the right to cancel the commission at any time.

  • By placing an NSFW claim, you agree that you are over the age of 18.

  • My art cannot be used in AI generators or as NFTs.

  • Consider my art style before commissioning me. I will never try to make a style similar to another artist or corporation (like anime, Dreamworks, Spindlehorse style etc).

2. DOS AND DON'TS.

  • I do:

  • Furry/Anthro

  • Chubby women

  • Suggestive/Barely non lewd

  • Pinups

  • I don't

  • Explicit lewd

  • Weapons

  • Gore

  • Hate art

  • Extreme fetish stuff

  • Feral

  • Scenarios

  • Paws

  • Exaggerated anatomy features (Depends)

  • Males (Depends)

  • Underage characters

3. PAYMENT.

  • Your name will only enter the queue of commissions to be made after payment. While the invoice is not paid, your name will be on the list of slots on hold.

  • Slots in the on hold list are deleted after 7 days.

  • Payment is always made 100% when the order is placed or 50% upfront and 50% after confirming the sketch, this is only for commissions, not YCH.

  • If the payment is partial, your name will enter the commission queue after the first payment.

  • The accepted currency USD

  • The only payment platform for USD is PayPal

4. PROCESS.

  • Wips (work in progress) will always be sent when confirming sketches, lines and colors. Feel free to ask for a wip whenever you like after I've started your drawing.

  • Wips can also be sent if I have any questions about the commission.

  • The waiting time varies according to the type of commission, but it should never exceed 3 months. Waiting time may vary due to the following factors:

  • Quantity and complexity of orders

  • Health or personal problems

  • Problems with equipment etc

  • If anything happens that could compromise the waiting time, I will contact you as soon as possible.

  • I work best with artistic freedom. If you have an idea for a pose or scene in mind, I'd be happy to draw accordingly, but expect some variation.

5. WARRANTY.

  • I offer a 30-day warranty for any detail I may have missed or a mistake I may have made at some point. After 30 days any minor changes may incur an extra charge.

  • Any big change may incur an extra charge, such as a change of clothes, scenery, if applicable, or anything that makes me redraw a large part of the piece, even if it is within the 30-day warranty.

  • It is not included in the warranty cases where the reference I am working with is confusing, has low quality or is not clear as to the mistake I made.

6. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • As the artist, I retain the rights to the art produced, so I am authorized to use the copyrighted art for the proper purposes:

  • Promote my work anywhere or on any website

  • Display anywhere to my liking

  • Post to any website or social network

  • Use in flyers, publications, promotions, price list examples, etc.

  • Buyer is authorized to use Copyrighted artwork for proper purposes:

  • Print posters or make accessories, such as t-shirts, mugs, pictures, stickers, etc., as long as it is for personal use.

  • Protect the right to the character, not the art.

  • Use art to promote yourself by giving me credit.

  • It is considered a Copyright Infringement:

  • Reproduce, commercialize my art, that is, make money with it in any way.

  • Take credit for creating art

  • Remove my watermark/signature.

  • Changing the design without my consent, other than cropping or changing the size of the image to use as an icon.

  • If you don't want me to post the image I must be informed before starting the commission!

  • All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution of my work for use in printed merchandise or promotion of goods, services and promotion on social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commission me.

  • It is strictly prohibited to edit, trace, use as a basis any commission or art of mine, unless I have given permission.

7. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY.

  • I have the right to cancel your commission at any time regardless of reason. In that case the refund will be 100%

  • After payment is made, if a refund is required, the amount will be 90% of the total amount.

  • If I have already started the drawing and you ask for a refund, the amount will be 80% of the total amount. I don't offer refunds if I've already started doing the lineart or painting.

  • If the commission is canceled with the art already started, I have the right to use what I have ready (pose, expression, elements, etc.) as YCH.

  • I take 5 business days to make refunds smaller than $100 and 10 business days for larger refunds.

  • If the payment has not yet been made, you have the right to cancel the commission, whatever the reason.

Any rule that is not complied with can result in private blacklisting depending on the severity.
